National Hispanic Prayer Breakfast FAQs

I am interested in participating in the pre-event faith advocacy webinar on May 23, but I did not order the Premium Pass; can I upgrade to the Premium Pass to gain access to the webinar?

Why do I need to provide my Social Security Number (SSN)?

All attendees to the National Hispanic Prayer Breakfast are required to provide their Social Security Number (SSN) as part of their registration process. This is because we invite the President of the United States and other high-ranking elected leadership as guest speakers, and Secret Service must run security clearances for all attendees. You will receive an email after completion of the registration form, with a required waiver and further instructions. If you are registering to attend only the first two days of the conference, but will not attend the Prayer Breakfast on the morning of the third day of the conference, you are not required to submit your Social Security number.

Is hotel/transportation provided?

ALL hotel and transportation (to DC and throughout the conference) is at the participant’s own cost.

Will all the events be held at this venue?

All events will be held at this venue with the exception of the Capitol Hill Visits to members of Congress, which are held in the Senators’ and Representatives’ respective offices on the Hill.

What are the airports in Washington, DC?

  • Washington National Reagan (DCA) – 20 minute drive (5 miles) from Grand Hyatt
  • Washington Dulles International (IAD) – 45 minute drive (30 miles) from Grand Hyatt
  • Baltimore–Washington International (BWI) – 50 minute drive (30 miles) from Grand Hyatt

What is the refund policy?

You can request a refund of your registration up to 30 days prior to the event – i.e. until May 11, 2018. No refunds will be given after this date.
